Buntspecht is a six-piece band from Vienna. Founded in 2016 and since then in a constant process of celebrating new musical sides. Film music for movies that don't exist, or children's songs for grown-ups, atmosphere and ballads. Everything is allowed. Everything should. Everything must! The pieces move between ecstasy and melancholy, sadness and mischievous grins, a lack of prospects and utopia, an affirmation of life and constantly nagging doubts. The group is known above all for the exuberant energy of their shows.
