In the artist's words:

Founded in 2022, LEYKA stands for energetic, intense metalcore, refined with a good dose of melody. On their two EPs Requiem and Resurrection, the band presents an impressive stylistic range. With the singles Coffin Nail and Missing Piece , released in 2025, Leyka show once again that they don't draw boundaries between the different core genres.

The accompanying music video for Coffin Nail was filmed at the band's own Dystopia Festival in Rüsselsheim. Instead of complaining about a lack of cohesion in society and the scene, LEYKA started building up their own structures and supporting the scene years ago: Their self-organized festival is already one of the absolute scene highlights in the Rhine/Main region and announced "Sold Out" this year. The band's own Spotify playlist "German Metalcore" provides hand-picked recommendations for new songs and releases every week.
