O-Team

In the artist's words:

The O-Team has been active since 2007 and has gradually developed into a professional performance and theater group. The O-Team is based in Stuttgart in the Kunstverein Wagenhalle and works closely with the Rampe Theater and the FITZ. To date, over 30 projects have been created, ranging from performance, figure and object theater, visual theater and immersive formats. The works have been shown at guest performances and festivals in Germany and abroad.

O-Team develops scenic states of emergency and theatrical rituals that challenge the audience. The form of the projects develops from the focus of the content and in confrontation with the chosen physical material. Sometimes science fiction sets meet Greek temples on stage, sometimes sex robots meet actors. Sometimes a car crashes into an outhouse in a public space, sometimes an entire night is performed for sleeping people.
