What it's all about:
Axel Petermann is considered THE specialist for unsolved murders. He was head of a homicide squad, trained as a "profiler" and lectured at various universities. At the same time, he advised ARD's Tatort productions and other TV crime dramas. His books are bestsellers, have been made into films and have been staged as plays.
Petermann's events are events at which he presents crime scenes with multi-media support, introduces his work as a profiler, explains the motives of a serial killer using "fantasy diagrams" and shows excerpts from an interview with the perpetrator
Of course, he will also read passages from his books, recite amusing facts about his path to the police and his work as an investigator and profiler and attempt to answer the question of whether women are the "better" murderers than men.

Axel Petermann is Germany's best-known profiler. He was head of the homicide squad and the "Operative Case Analysis" department in Bremen. As a lecturer in criminalistics, he has taught at various universities in Germany for many years. The SPIEGEL bestselling author is known to a wide audience as a specialist consultant for television and as the presenter of the ZDF series "Aufgeklärt - Spektakuläre Kriminalfälle". Axel Petermann has three sons and lives with his wife near Bremen.
