A stormy day, a dead sheep, a lot of magic - Peter Grant is back!

What it's about:

The discovery of a dead sheep may not be very surprising in Scotland, but there's still a lot about this sheep story that points to magical involvement. And so Chief Inspector Thomas Nightingale decides to take a closer look. His now quite experienced "sorcerer's apprentice" Peter Grant also sets off for stormy Scotland.
But as a father of two-year-old twins, it's hard to travel alone, so everyone comes along: the children, Beverley and, to top it all off, Peter's mother, who offers to babysit. That doesn't sound like a relaxing trip and promptly there's much more than just a dead sheep waiting for Peter in Scotland ...

The protagonists:

Ben Aaronovitch grew up in a politically engaged, argumentative family in North London. He has written scripts for many TV series, including "Doctor Who", and worked as a bookseller. He now devotes himself entirely to writing. He still lives in London. His fantasy series about Peter Grant, a London policeman with supernatural powers, has taken the international bestseller lists by storm.

Uve Teschner, born in 1973, has already recorded numerous audio books with his versatile voice. He is not only a captivating narrator, but also a lively characterizer who can embody a wide variety of characters. He also works as a dubbing artist.
