19. Kieler Entenrennen beim Bootshafensommer

In the organizer's words:

At the 19th Kiel Duck Race, around 3,000 numbered yellow ducks swim around the boat harbor in a race

As always, the duck race takes place on the last Sunday of the Kiel boat harbor summer.

The race of the large ducks of our main sponsors starts beforehand at 13:30.

The actual race starts at 14:00. You can purchase "race licenses" in the weeks leading up to the start. The points of sale will be announced here soon. For reasons of sustainability, ducks will only be used on the day of the race. For you, this means that instead of your own duck, you buy a numbered racing license. And with a bit of luck, you and your duck will be among the winners of some attractive prizes. The list of winning numbers will be available here soon !
