On Thursday, December 11, two extraordinary worlds of sound come together at Keller Z87: Carolin No and the jazz trio Joe & the Crazy PandemiXx create an evening between song poetry and improvisation - full of emotion, depth and musical freedom.

Carolin No, that's Carolin and Andreas Obieglo - a duo whose music tells of a great love: for each other, for life and for art. For 20 years, the two multi-instrumentalists have been synonymous with sophisticated songs in German and English between pop, folk and electronic music. With their current tour "ON&ON", they present multi-faceted pieces that range from quiet intimacy to rousing dynamics - carried by Carolin's unmistakable voice and Andreas' sensitive playing.

They will be accompanied on this evening by Joe & the Crazy PandemiXx, an energetic jazz trio from the southern German scene, consisting of Joe Krieg (guitar), Uli Kleideiter (drums) and Felix Himmler (double bass). All three musicians are among the most prominent representatives of modern German jazz: Joe Krieg is the bandleader of the renowned Joe Krieg Quartet and is known for his creative compositions, while Uli Kleideiter and Felix Himmler have shaped numerous projects and performances throughout Germany with their virtuosity, joy of playing and stylistic openness. The trio, founded during the pandemic, has quickly developed into a platform for musical encounters and has already shared the stage with guests such as Joo Kraus, Fola Dada and Michael Flügel - a living example of the innovative power of the German jazz scene.

Together, they create a concert evening that transcends boundaries and combines genres in new ways. The lyrical songwriting of Carolin No merges with the lively jazz of PandemiXx to create a unique crossover experience - surprising, emotional and full of musical magic.
