Marie Dumas, born in 2002, began her musical training at the age of six at the Conservatoire in Oyonnax in Véronique Rougier's organ class and Olivier Legay's harpsichord class. In 2017, she moved to the Conservatoire d'Annecy, where she studied organ with Thibaut Duret.
In 2020, she was accepted into the organ class of François Espinasse and Liesbeth Schlumberger at the CNSMD Lyon. In 2022, she took part in an exchange at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich with Martin Sander and Bernhard Haas as part of the Erasmus program. There she continued her master's degree in organ in the class of Bernhard Haas and successfully completed it in 2025. At the same time, she studied harpsichord at the same institute with Christine Schornsheim (Bachelor's degree).
From the winter semester 2025/26, she will begin her studies in "Organ Historical Performance Practice" with Prof. Haas.
