47. Martinslauf

In the organizer's words:

Anyone can run with us!
Whether it's the 6 km lake loop or 10 km for adults, 700 m or 2 km for children and young people - or the 150 m inclusion run: There is something for everyone!

At the finish line, a warm cup of tea and a wake-up call await every runner. There will also be a food stall and a cake stall to cater for your physical well-being. It is dry and warm in the large marquee and the area is ideal for children - there is even a small playground.

The Martinslauf is organized on a voluntary basis by the SFD 75 athletics department. By registering, you are directly supporting our work with children and young people - thank you very much!

Further information:

• Collection of starting documents: Saturday, November 8, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm and Sunday, November 9, from 9:00 am.
• Award ceremony: Prizes will be awarded to places 1-3 in the overall race and to the first-placed runners in each age group in the children's and youth races.
• Results: Can be viewed online after the race. Certificate can be printed at home.
• Parking: Free parking is available at Strandbad Süd and Strandbad Nord.

The registration fee depends on the distance run:

• School run 2 km age group 2010 - 2015: €10
• Bambini run 700 m age group 2016 and younger: €10
• 6 km: 17 €
• 10 km: 22 €

After November 3, the entry fee will increase by €3.

Registration takes place via Cologne Timing. When registering, you can also book an engraved medal for €13 and race number delivery for €4. Bib number shipping is only possible if you register before October 26th.
