It will be an exciting dialog between Baroque and modern styles: Corelli's well-known Concerto grosso, a Baroque masterpiece, will be followed by Handel's Concerto grosso. This shows the glamorous, festive character of the Baroque. Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 1 , with its variety of instruments and refined structures, is a shining example of his virtuosity and inventiveness. Schnittke's Concerto grosso No. 1 combines the Baroque tradition with modern sound elements and unusual harmonies.

The work builds a bridge between the musical worlds by merging the classical concerto grosso principle with the complexity of modern music.
