Do you often feel stressed, your head is full of thoughts and you feel like you're just functioning? In this 8-week mindfulness course, you will learn to pause, recognize stress patterns and deal with yourself more consciously. Step by step, you will develop a mindful attitude that will help you to find more calm, clarity and serenity even in turbulent times.
Description
Stress is part of everyday life for many people. Deadlines, expectations, obligations - one to-do often follows the next. This leaves little room to really notice how you are feeling.
In this course, you will learn to take a step out of autopilot. You will develop a better understanding of your inner processes and practise being aware of thoughts, feelings and physical sensations without having to react to them immediately.
The course combines background knowledge about stress and mindful experience with practical exercises from mindfulness practice.

You don't need any previous knowledge or meditation experience - just a desire and willingness to embrace change.
Duration and schedule
The course lasts 8 weeks with consecutive units. Each unit combines theoretical insights, joint meditation practice and sharing. Between sessions, you will receive audio files of the meditations as well as materials for self-reflection so that you can integrate the exercises into your everyday life between sessions.

Mindfulness cannot be learned overnight - but it can become an inner attitude that sustains you in the long term.
In this course, you will gradually develop more awareness of your own needs, recognize automatic stress reactions earlier and learn to treat yourself with more clarity and kindness.
The aim is not to avoid stress completely. But to find a different way of dealing with it - more conscious, more relaxed and closer to yourself.
