From 22 to 24 August 2025, Wilhelmshausen celebrates its 875th anniversary with a colorful festival weekend on the festival meadow on the Fulda.

Friday starts at 7 p.m. with a festive reception, followed by the "Fulle-Rock" band battle with SIX5ERO and Tonrausch.

On Saturday morning from 10 a.m., a job fair invites visitors to find out more and network. From 2 p.m., the family afternoon offers a bouncy castle, coffee and cake for young and old. The Kassel Army Music Corps will be providing musical highlights - donations will support the ASB's "Wünschewagen" and the youth work of the municipality of Fuldatal.

In the evening from 6 p.m., "Fulle in Flammen" will follow with a water ski show, water games and a large firework display. The Mark Prang Band and the Reiner Irrsinn Show with live band round off the musical program.

On Sunday, the day begins with an ecumenical church service at 11 am, before the parade through Wilhelmshausen starts at 1 pm. The event will conclude with a concert by all the marching bands.
