A Royal Secrets Ball

Dear Gentle Reader,

Court society is invited to an evening of exquisite grace, mysterious elegance and timeless romance.
A ball that was once reserved only for the finest circles - and now becomes reality for one night.

🎻 The evening begins classically

Live music from the harp, violin and double bass opens the ball in a dignified atmosphere.
As the hour progresses, the ballroom transforms into a festive dance party - accompanied by Bridgerton-inspired compositions, artfully accompanied by the interplay of a DJane and modern violin playing.

✒ Dancing like at Bridgerton's

Dance tickets are handed out at the entrance. Hopefully one or two gentlemen will dare to sign a lady's dance card. The sounds of the ensemble at least make it impossible to stand still. Swirling across the dance floor is more than welcome here.

🥂 Culinary delights included

Two rosato spritzes per person will be served at the reception (there will also be non-alcoholic alternatives).
A delicious tea-time buffet with exquisite cakes and small savory and fruity delicacies is included in the ticket price.
Other drinks are available on a self-pay basis.

🎭 Dress code

"Who wears what?" will be the topic of all conversations. A ball gown including mask is therefore a must. Fancy ball gowns like Bridgerton's are welcome - especially from the queen, who will be choosing her diamond that evening.

🎀 Unforgettable memories

Lovingly staged photo spots and a baroque photo mirror with instant print capture the night for eternity. The prints are included for the company. In cooperation with Dove, each visitor will receive a goodie bag with a product from the Dove x Bridgerton collection.

🏰 The location

A royal ambience that brings the magic of bygone eras to life. The Künstlerhaus is centrally located in Munich and has underground/S-Bahn and streetcar connections.

💎 Highlight of the evening

The Queen herself chooses her diamond of the season - an award of special distinction. Queen Charlotte is unfortunately unable to attend in person, but the voice behind her will honor the court society: Queen Charlotte's German voice actress, Susanne von Medvey, will take on her royal role on the evening and will be available for a meet & greet with the Lords and Ladies. Perhaps Lady Whistledown will also make an appearance...

👑 VIP experience

VIP guests are admitted from 5:30 p.m., take their seats in the exclusive gallery and open the ball with a group dance, which is rehearsed together beforehand.
As a special detail, VIP guests receive an elegant fan - for heated bodies and dramatic performances.

📜 Gossip & secrets

Messages can be left anonymously at the gossip station.
Over the course of the evening, selected secrets will be revealed by Lady Whistledown...

🖼 Strolling room

Curated exhibitors with themed products await you there, which you can purchase during the evening.

🕰️ End of the evening

Shortly after midnight, when the magic slowly fades and only memories remain.

📝 Conditions of participation - A Royal Secrets Ball

By purchasing a ticket for the A Royal Secrets Ball - the masquerade ball of the season on 09.05., all participants agree to the following conditions:

1. participation

• Participation only for persons aged 18 and over.

• Admission only with a valid ticket.

• Students/apprentices must show their student ID or training certificate/pupil ID upon admission

• Photos and video recordings will be made during the event to capture the atmosphere and special moments.

  By entering the event, you agree that images and video recordings in which you may be seen may be used for documentation and marketing purposes (social media).

  If you do not agree to this, you can contact the organizer at any time on site or afterwards.

2. exclusion of liability

• Participation in the event is at your own risk.

• The organizer assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, property damage, theft or other damage that occurs during the event.

• No liability is accepted for lost or damaged items.

• Cancellation or refund of tickets is generally possible up to 2 weeks before the event
