"The James Dean of jazz" - that's what he was called. At times deeply melancholic and movingly melodic, at other times hooky and inventive, he captivated the jazz world; Chet Baker sang as he played, vulnerable, honest and unrivaled in beauty.
To commemorate this great character and his sometimes tragic life story, his music is heard once again, interpreted by a top-class line-up led by trumpeter Marko Mebus.
