Are you ready for a sporting adventure in Bonn? On November 9, 2025, our Absolute Run cross-country race starts at 11 a.m. on the varied 2.5 km cyclocross course at the university sports facility on the Venusberg.

Whether you choose to run one lap (≈2.5 km), two laps (≈5 km) or three laps (≈7.5 km) of the course - you decide your pace and your challenge along the way. Test the changing surfaces, feel the special dynamics of the cyclocross course and often run right past the spectators.

Trail test running shoes can be tested free of charge on site from 9.30 am. With professional timekeeping via chip, you'll get a real competitive feel.
