The world was in shambles. And what did art make of it? It put them together in collages, assemblages and revues. These new "shard forms" are the inspiration for a program of music and texts, combined from literature and theater, newspapers and advertising. A picture of the voices and moods of the supposedly golden 20s, loud and quiet, shrill, biting and colorful like a dance in Babylon.
