This special combination of a mindful walk in silence and Japanese forest bathing invites you not only to cross nature - but to immerse yourself in it. We walk consciously and without haste. Let ourselves be guided by the atmosphere of the forest, the light and shade, the wind in the leaves, the scent of the earth and the song of the birds.
We walk with alert attention to the present moment.
As we make our way to the Hofcafé Medewege, we pause at three powerful places. Here we will spend about ten minutes each in a guided standing meditation. These are silent encounters with nature, with life, with ourselves. Healing for body and soul.
The mindful connection with nature creates space for amazement. Joy can appear, lightness, new strength. Perhaps even silence within. A deeper experience becomes possible that fulfills and nourishes us.
Small steps - big impact.
After about two hours, we reach the Hofcafé Medewege, where a table is reserved for us. Here we break our silence and can reflect on what we have experienced over refreshments or share our experiences. If you wish, you can walk back together with the group, either in exchange or in silence again.

We will be walking for about two hours, mostly in silence. Please pay close attention to your needs. Bring weather-appropriate clothing, something to drink if necessary and anything that helps you feel comfortable.
