Even if commercialization sometimes overshadows the religious core of the pre-Christmas season, it is always beneficial to cultivate rituals that bring people together. One of these rituals is certainly our Advent concert, which this year will focus on popular Christmas melodies by American composers such as John Williams, Irving Berlin and Felix Bernard. So you can hum along to White Christmas or Winter Wonderland before the audience joins the participating choirs and soloists in Rolf Zuckowski's Christmas hit Dat Joahr geiht to End to bring an atmospheric concert to a close.
