afterwork social run
In the organizer's words:
✨Evening run, dear people & fries
We meet every Wednesday at 6:30 pm for the Afterwork Social Run - starting point is the Hirschchen in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort.
Together we run from the Hofgarten to the Rheinterrassen, about 5km, very relaxed and in different pace groups (5-8min/km). Anyone can run here and feel comfortable. It's not about pressure and competition, but about the good feeling of running and meeting new friends.
After the run, we end the evening in a cozy atmosphere at the Hirschchen. Whether it's chips, soup, salad, a cold beer or a spritzer, the main thing is that you can enjoy the end of the day together.
Just come along, run with us and meet new friends.
