Skills shortage meets untapped potential: Qualified skilled workers with disabilities are often not available to the traditional 9-17 job market - but they are available on a self-employed or project-related basis. At the same time, companies are looking for flexible solutions to fulfill tasks competently.

The event will show how new working models can bring together employers and people with disabilities who are self-employed or interested in setting up their own business - and what support the region can offer in this regard.
