Anna Depenbusch - Solo

Anna Depenbusch is the epitome of a singer-songwriter. A singing poet who early on created her own unmistakable style somewhere between Edith Piaf, Hildegard Knef and Björk. With her music, the Hamburg native tells stories full of emotion, poetry and liveliness. Her lyrics are sometimes tender, sometimes eloquent, from deeply sad to hilarious.

Anna Depenbusch writes, composes and produces authentically approachable songs. She now has five studio albums and two solo albums to her name. She has toured from the Elbphilharmonie to the Prinzregententheater. She has received numerous awards, including the Fred Jay Prize and the German Chanson Prize, as well as two nominations for the German Music Writers' Prize. There is still no end in sight.

Now the versatile chansonière is back with a new studio album, a new program and a new live line-up. The audience can look forward to a great, glamorous stage program - with a lot of heart and humour.
