✨ APPLICATION FOR RESIDENCE ✨

About resistance, bureaucracy and exile.

🫆 A system that decides. People wait. Forms that speak. Between application and judgment stands a woman who still believes and a man who has long since forgotten how to hope. They clap to stay. They breathe when the system allows it. Their voices echo in a waiting room where every word must first be approved.

Based on Franz Kafka's "The Trial" and "El Ruido del Hombre al Quebrarse" by Greymar Hernández.

💫 Holograms flicker. 3D spaces collapse. Forms fill themselves out. And somewhere between reality and bureaucracy, a simple question arises:

Can existence itself be subject to approval?

But the residency is not only bureaucratic, it is also artistic. It tells of the risk of existing as a freelancer, of the fragility of independent art and of the danger of voices falling silent when the system removes the stage. 🎭
