Ármin Jámbor-Quartett

Ármin Jámbor has already repeatedly demonstrated his refined musical personality, virtuosity and compositional talent on various European stages. Since his last, extremely successful album release concert, the young saxophonist has been working tirelessly on new compositions that unfold in a lyrical tone, yet do not lack in energetic character.

Ármin performs these works together with exceptional musical colleagues: Bartha Mátyás, the Hungarian pianist with impressive technique, recently toured with Scott Robinson. US bassist Danny Ziemann and Oleg Markov, one of the most sought-after drummers on the Viennese jazz scene, complete the ensemble.

In November 2024, the band gave an exclusive insight into the material of the new album at the ORF Center in Vienna, which will be recorded in its final studio version in autumn after a week-long tour of Austria and Germany.
