Descend into Hamburg's world of sluice gates, just as the Emperor wanted in 1904. The so-called "Siel-Einstiegshäuschen" at Baumwall is now a listed building.

This event is part of the City Economy Month 2025. For four weeks, the month of action focuses on the work of Hamburg's public companies and shows how they work for the common good of our city every day. Under the motto "We make Hamburg", Hamburg's public companies are opening their doors this November and inviting you to discover their diversity at over 60 events.
