You are welcome to be present as a participant (representative/observer) and thus experience the issues of others. But this kind of participation is also very moving, because the lives of others touch our own deep inside, often have more to do with our current life than we previously thought and often bring clarity, inner peace and relaxation.

A few words about the phenomenological attitude that you experience in my work:
The phenomenological attitude is an inner attitude that makes it possible to perceive and accept what is happening in the moment. Body sensations, feelings and thoughts are integrated. The aim is to allow yourself to be touched by what is happening and to empathize instead of just using your mind. In stressful or anxious situations, the brain reacts automatically with a program that enables relaxation within milliseconds. This trust in the natural flow of life helps us to remain calm even in challenging moments.
The phenomenological attitude can be applied anywhere in life - on the streetcar, during sport, at home or in the family. With regular practice, this inner attitude becomes automatic. It is introduced step by step through conscious contact with oneself, for example in a constellation (free constellation on a topic or as part of a life integration process according to W. Nelles) or the phenomenological evening, where the attitude is experienced, learned and deepened.
