Exhibition at the Center for Artists' Publications

With a discussion between Radek Krolczyk, curator of the exhibition, and Wolfgang Müller, co-founder of Die Tödliche Doris, as well as the sound performance BLOB - Physarum polycephanum by Wolfgang Müller and Chris Dreier.

About the exhibition:

The exhibition presents the multimedia work of the artist collective Die Tödliche Doris. It is the first comprehensive overview of the group, which was active from 1980 - 1987. Die Tödliche Doris emerged in the environment of both the punk movement and the art academy in West Berlin. As an artists' collective, it worked conceptually and across different media in the fields of music, performance, video, painting, object art and literature. In particular, she repeatedly questioned viewing and listening habits.

The exhibition is being created in close collaboration with the Tödliche Doris archive, which has been housed at Galerie K Strich in Bremen since 2020.
