By women for women: A workshop in which movement, creativity and energy work flow into each other - for surrender, opening and your own development.

We start with a gentle yoga session that brings you into connection with your body and your inner center and invites you to open up to surrender. All that is, may simply be.

Afterwards, you can surrender to the creative flow , let go of control and trust your inner voice. Through intuitive drawing and marbling, you create your very own affirmation cards in a playful and flowing way - unique and individual. Without the need for artistic skills.

This is followed by a Kundalini Activation Session, a very special inner journey that deepens the previous experiences. In this energetic process, your chakras are harmonized and your life energy is allowed to flow without you having to do anything. Your head becomes quieter and your feelings are given more space. Inner blockages can be released and you experience more clarity, lightness and self-confidence. This is also about surrender and trusting yourself and your energy.

Finally, you will have time to bring everything you have experienced together, integrate it and refine your cards accordingly. There is also enough space for mutual exchange.

Materials, mats, drinks and snacks will be provided by us.

Please be there approx. 15 minutes before the start so that we can start on time. And if you have one, please bring your favorite stone, as long as it is round and not too big.

This workshop is for all women who are interested in playful devotion & creativity and energetic development - with no previous knowledge, just curiosity and trust in what emerges. We work in a small, loving group - this creates space for personal support, trust and genuine connection.
