When the sushi master is out of the house, the trainees dance on the table - or at least wield the chef's spoon. Atsushi takes a break and our apprentices take over at Aska. For 3 weeks, you can find out how far our top apprentices have come and how they imagine star cuisine at Aska. With 4 courses on the coveted twelve Aska seats.

Period: Friday, 15.5. - Saturday, 6.6.
Opening hours:
Tuesday - Saturday evening, joint start at 6.30 pm
Additional Saturday lunchtime, joint start at 12.00 noon
