Play chess outside, enjoy the Bochum parks, listen to birds and beats, have a drink, and meet new people and old friends.
The Bad at Chess Club invites to open play, beats & drinks for all levels and backgrounds. United by a shared love (and occaisonal hate) for The Best Game Ever. This afternoon at Schmechtingwiesen is about community rather than competition.
Chess boards will be provided. Bring your own drinks and snacks (Penny and several trinkhallen nearby).
Where: Schmechtingwiesental, near the dog park. Close to Deutsches Bergbau Museum. U35 - Feldsieper Straße. The park has public toilets, a drinking water fountain, and a smart bench to charge your devices.
