Barcamp foodlab

What can you expect?

First of all: A barcamp has nothing to do with drinking... and nothing to do with a traditional conference. The focus is on the exchange of knowledge, ideas and experience at eye level:

Date: 16.04.2026 from 9:00 to 17:30

Location: foodlab Hamburg, Überseeallee 10

All participants can get involved, learn from each other and explore current issues together in small groups, in a practical way and without rigid hierarchies.

All ticket holders will come together at the beginning of the day. Anyone who wants to can submit a session, i.e. a topic, a question or an impulse. The day's program is created jointly from all suggestions: those present vote on which sessions will take place. The more participants, the more diverse the topics and the greater the added value for everyone.

Would you like to take part but don't have your own topic? No problem.

The first sessions are already in the pipeline, and you can also expect a keynote, a panel talk and several workshops, delicious food and a surprise bag with lots of goodies from the foodlab.

Come along, bring your perspective or simply take home new ideas, knowledge and contacts - the Barcamp thrives on the community!
