Moving more together - 6th Local Transport Barcamp

Once again this year, we are bringing together friends of local transport from Bremen, Bremerhaven and Lower Saxony at the Barcamp Nahverkehr. Everyone who is interested in better local transport is invited: Private individuals, people from associations, initiatives, politics, authorities, (local transport) companies and science. The process is designed in such a way that everyone can contribute with little formality and a joint, low-threshold exchange is possible. At the beginning of the event, all participants decide on the following program. The Barcamp-Du applies.

Formats and topics
Within the program there is room for all topics related to local transport and its improvement. The time frame per slot is one hour. Possible formats include presentations, discussions and/or workshops. Whether these can take place depends on the interest of the participants. Possible session topics could be, for example Local transport expansion, fares, mobility to and from school, accessibility, sidewalk parking, the connection of local transport with eco-mobility or participation.

Procedure
At the beginning of the barcamp, the program is put together according to the interests of the participants. The subsequent program is then divided into 3 consecutive sessions, with each session lasting exactly one hour and comprising up to 5 parallel offerings. The results of all sessions will be briefly presented in a subsequent plenary session. There will also be time for a network meeting in the afternoon.

Sufficient food and drinks will be provided at lunchtime and during the breaks during the bar camp, including a hot lunch. The conference venue is (largely) barrier-free. To make it easier for people with children to attend, we are also offering childcare this year. If you would like to take advantage of this, please let us know when you register.

Organization
The Barcamp is organized by Einfach Einsteigen together with the VCD Bremen.

Participation is free of charge. However, we ask for a voluntary contribution according to self-assessment in order to cover the not inconsiderable costs for the preparation and realization of the Barcamp. Thank you very much!
