- Setting the grinder correctly - to get the base right
- Extract espresso correctly - and understand why it sometimes doesn't taste good
- Perfect milk foam for cappuccino, flat white & co.
- Latte art beginner training - hearts included (or creative chaos 😄)
- Operating a portafilter machine like a pro
- Expert tips for at home and documents to take away

☕ The concept in the morning:
- Welcome coffee with espresso and classic coffee specialties
- Hands-on session: extraction, grinder settings, milk and latte art
- Croissants and other delicacies from the Via Bakery 🥐
