Bene Aperdannier Trio

In the organizer's words:

As a pianist and keyboardist, he has accompanied a wide variety of voices in his very own way and has thus become known to many people alongside singers. Tango and world jazz with the Argentinian singer Lily Dahab, soul with Joy Denalane and Jocelyn B. Smith, jazz with Michael Schiefel and Lisa Bassenge, hip-hop with Freundeskreis and the Fantastischen Vier or even on The Voice of Germany since the beginning with artists as diverse as Ed Sheeran, James Blunt and Jason Derulo. As a pianist, he played piano for film composer Howard Shore ("Lord of the Rings, Hobbit"...) for the Oscar-nominated film "Pieces of a woman". He is versatile, sensitive, recognizable and inspires with his way of playing.

"I have worked a lot with singers, and have also composed and arranged for them, but my musical identity definitely includes the instrumental trio format."

He deliberately didn't want to create another piano trio with bass and drums, but rather "juggle with the sound cosmos of Christian Kögel (guitar, oud, dobro..., collaboration with Jerry Granelli, Jazzanova, Flexkögel, German All Stars, among others) and the colorful grooves of drummer Bernd Oezsevim (Zodiak Trio, Gunter Hampel, Angelika Niescier, Dave Douglas, among others)."

He took his time, sat down in a lonely house in the Uckermark, wrote a lot and put the ideas into shape.
"There was so much music inside me that I finally had to get it out..." Now the time has come.
The trio opened the Rivertone Festival in Straubing in Nov. 2024, before the SWR Big Band. The premiere at the same time.
The first concert in Berlin in April 25 was sold out immediately.
Now the tour!
