For the seventh time, the Inner Wheel Club Gelsenkirchen is organizing the Gelsenkirchen Cabaret Award, a blind chicken drawn by cartoonist Oli Hilbring.
Ausbilder Schmidt is the grinder of the comedy scene. Penetrating and mercilessly stern, he heats up his audience until they roar and giggle with laughter. For 25 years, Holger Müller has been roaring across stages and through TV shows in his trademark role as a trainer. He has even made a movie. And it was called (how could it be otherwise): "Morgen, ihr Luschen!"

As every year, the event will be hosted by cabaret artist Hans Gerzlich from Gelsenkirchen.
Chef Heinrich Wächter will also be taking part again, as well as the as-yet-unannounced winner of the award in the "Non-Company Comedy" category.
