Bengt Washburn isn’t actually a boomer—but somehow, everyone thinks he is.
In Innocent Boomer, he explores the quirks, contradictions, and clashes between generations—but he doesn’t stop there. From travel adventures and workplace chaos to love, relationships, and everyday absurdities, nothing is off-limits. With sharp storytelling and dry wit, Bengt uncovers the comedy hiding in life’s most confusing moments.

Sharing the stage is Yogesh Gawas, an Indian (and therefore, of course, an engineer—just not the software kind!) who began doing stand-up as a hobby after moving to Germany. Twelve years and over 150 open mics later—spanning cities from Frankfurt and Munich to Dubai and Mumbai—he’s now ready to bring his half solo.

With his blend of observational and anecdotal humor, Yogesh turns everyday moments most people overlook into sharp, witty stories. His years in the land of “say it as it is” have refined his timing and precision to near-German-engineering levels—making him the perfect Confused Millennial to clash and connect with an Innocent Boomer.

Together, Bengt and Yogesh deliver a night of cross-generational, cross-cultural comedy—smart, relatable, and full of the kind of laughter that bridges worlds, ages, and ways of thinking.
