This workshop will show you: - how to professionally frost a bento cake with buttercream - different piping techniques with buttercream for decorative patterns - what is important when working with buttercream (consistency, temperature, tools) - tips & tricks so that your cake not only looks pretty, but also tastes perfect - how to work with colors and which color makes which color difference
🧁The cake bases and creams are prepared in advance by Seyma - so you can concentrate fully on decorating and take your own little work of art home with you.
What you take with you:
🍰 A tried and tested recipe for an airy cake base
🥣 A delicious filling (e.g. vanilla cream or mascarpone cream)
🎂 A basic recipe for stable and intensely colored buttercream
