In a varied program, the members of the Junges Kolleg combine historical-philological, medical, psychological and religious as well as choreographic perspectives on movement and health. In short presentations, they will explain how types of movement change over the course of different developmental phases, how the boundaries between health and illness become blurred and how movement promotes cognitive abilities.
The theological idea of a heavenly life without physical limitations and comparative cultural perspectives on healing and illness will also be discussed. During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to get active and take part in a participatory music performance that combines the themes of movement and music.
