A black comedy in two acts by Stefan Vögel
The marriage between Helena and Gregor only exists on paper. Helena wants a divorce and to marry Pascal, a lawyer and once Gregor's best friend, instead. But according to the marriage contract, Gregor would be entitled to half of her fortune after the divorce - 11 million. Helena makes Pascal an immoral offer: bring Gregor around the corner, marry me and you'll get the 11 million. Little does she know that Gregor is pursuing a very similar plan: Gregor promises Pascal 3 million of Helena's inheritance if he gets Helena out of the way.
Pascal accepts both offers - and plays his own game. His plan seems perfect, if it weren't for the somewhat obtuse contract killer Arno and Helena's chaotic girlfriend Yvette, who mess everything up. In the end, a perfect crime is committed, but in a completely different way than expected ...
Stefan Vögel, one of the most successful comedy authors in the German-speaking world (including "Die Niere", "Arthur & Claire", "Achtung Deutsch!"), has written a pitch-black crime comedy à la "Ladykillers" or "Die 39 Stufen" - fast-paced, full of unexpected twists and turns and hilarious.
