Blaue Stunde auf dem Energieberg Georgswerder
 - Sonnenaufgang, Fotowettbewerb und ornithologische Führung in besonderer Morgenstimmung

In the organizer's words:

On April 25, 2026, the Georgswerder energy mountain will open exclusively in the early hours of the morning at the Blue Hour. As the sky slowly brightens and the city awakens, it offers a special view over Hamburg - calm, atmospheric and unique.

From 4:30 am to 7:30 am, visitors can experience the sunrise, take photos or simply enjoy the special atmosphere. Participation is free of charge, but only possible with prior registration.

The "Blue Hour on Georgswerder Energy Hill" photo competition will also take place as part of the event. We are looking for the most beautiful moments of the morning - from light moods to special perspectives.

There will also be an ornithological tour with experienced ornithologist Jens Sturm (BUKEA) from 5:00 to 7:00 am. Participants will get to know the birdlife of the Energieberg in the early hours of the morning. The guided tour is also free of charge, but is limited to a maximum of 20 people and requires separate registration.

Please note: The special opening only applies between 4:30 and 7:30 am. After that, the Energy Mountain remains closed and reopens regularly from 12:00 to 16:00.
