Blaufuchs - Bis jetzt ging alles gut Tour

BLAUFUCHS present their second album "Bis jetzt ging alles gut" (Everything went well until now), completely free of scene conventions and having grown (together) from various setbacks. While the musical foundation takes influences from North American pop-punk and develops them into its own sound, the clear attitude and deeply personal moments in the lyrics stand out in particular. The result is a punk/rock album that doesn't sound like the 20s and the youth movement, but like new perspectives, like the late 30s - human and political.
Since the release of the BLAUFUCHS debut album around 4 years ago, much has changed in the world and little has improved. This sad downward spiral can be found - sometimes drastically and directly, sometimes subtly accentuated - in all the lyrics of "Bis jetzt ging alles gut", which, despite hints of resignation, always conveys a spark of hope for improvement.
Blaufuchs don't just look at social change - they are also subject to constant change themselves. Their second album is to some extent also a new beginning, with several new line-ups over the last few months. Hale Winter took over the bass from Marisa, Jan Schlagowski the drums from Alex Veth and with Jan Jurat another guitarist joined the band. The new influences do not change the Blaufuchs sound significantly, the drums are a bit heavier, the guitars a bit more delicate, but the signature of main songwriter John Hofmeister still combines the overall American sound with the German lyrics of Johannes König.
