BLUES MOOD is the blues quartet with the internationally sought-after harmonica player and singer Keith Dunn from Boston, the virtuoso blues pianist Christian Rannenberg, the guitarist Tobias Kock and the double bass player Klaas Wendling.
The band invites the audience on an exciting musical journey to encounter the styles of Muddy Waters, Big Bill Broonzy, Sonny Boy Williamson, Leroy Carr and Slim Harpo and also to get to know lesser-known protagonists of the blues such as Johnny Young and Otis Spann.
The audience is immersed in various blues regions such as Chicago, Los Angeles and Clarksdale, Mississippi, and travels to Detroit, New York and Helena, Arkansas.
BLUES MOOD is a tribute to blues legends of various styles and eras - while the four musicians themselves are passionate heroes of their art and give everything to inspire the audience with their excellent performance.
