BLŸTE

Do the alternative clubs in your city always play the same songs? Does everything in your indie playlist sound so similar? BLŸTE ['bly:tə] bring a breath of fresh air to the German indie scene with their modern indie synth pop. Wearing vintage shirts, Johnny (ex-Marathonmann), Hanni (Tenside), Valle and Flo show that Munich has more to offer than just chic and high culture.

Edgy sprechgesang, catchy hooks and a musical variety ranging from punk to hip-hop to retro vibes combine to create a rebellious fusion that is simply fun. The four don't take themselves too seriously and address what moves them: toxic masculinity in German reality TV, the monotonous soundtracks in their favorite clubs or the excessive demands of everyday life. Their aim is to create music that is both fun and light-hearted, without ignoring the seriousness of life - charming, reflective and danceable.

From the band's own small attic studio to photo shoots and self-directed music videos - the band's do-it-yourself approach has been rewarded with over 90,000 streams on Spotify and Apple Music in their first year since March 2024. BLŸTE is ready to conquer the big stages!
