The trio combines hip-hop, soul and jazz to create a fluid mix of genres, with which they have already performed at the Metropolink Festival or the Moonlit Brooks Showcase alongside acts such as
Session Victim or the Moses Yoofee Trio in the line-up. While bassist Pierre Thomé and drummer Benedict Strohhäcker have remained in Baden-Württemberg, keyboardist and producer Denny Seidel is studying at the HfMT in Hamburg. The trio bridges the 600 kilometer distance with unbreakable friendship, discipline and
a unique approach. BOILER does not make music to interpret or analyze, but to feel and nod your head to. With their eponymous debut EP, they deliver a taste of their unique sound. Inspired by artists such as Alfa Mist or Yussef Dayes, BOILER create contemporary jazz, away from the avant-garde, with one foot on the street.
