Boy In Space comes to Germany for four shows in March 2026

The 31-year-old singer/songwriter from Sweden describes his personality as "spacey" - so it makes sense to call himself the boy in space. Before launching his solo career, Boy In Space was part of the successful Swedish boy band JTR, in which his brother was also active and which emerged from the fifth season of The X Factor Australia. Now he will be performing his first solo headline show in Europe in March, also stopping off in Germany.
Robin Lundbäck, the singer's real name, actually comes from Alingsås, where he still lives and writes his music. As Boy In Space, he packs approachable lyrics into danceable, catchy alt-pop melodies. The term "in Space" is intended to capture the existence in the in-between. The transition from youth to adulthood, the turning away from the familiar to the new, from the boy band to the solo artist who has outgrown himself. With "7UP" and "Cold", two of his first releases, the Swede showcased his talent for poignant pop melodies and continued to add to them. This was followed by EPs, further singles and collaborations, for example with the Norwegian DJ Alan Walker with the single "Paradise". With over half a billion streams to date, his characteristic mix of stories and melodies has already inspired a global audience. Following the release of his latest EP "The Butterfly Affect", he dedicated the summer to writing and personal development.
For Boy In Space, live shows are an important aspect of his work. His experiences with his band and as a solo musician mean he knows the stage very well. Until 2019, he shared it with artists such as Alec Benjamin before the pandemic forced him to take a break. After years away from the stage, the musician is finally returning to a world he has missed. With the new material, he embarks on his first headlining tour of Europe in March to present songs characterized by long nights, distance and the need for connection. These shows are about more than just music. It's about meeting the people behind the streams, sharing a space and turning everything in between into something real.
