Breathwork Gruppensession

In the organizer's words:

Our group sessions last around 1.5-2 hours in total. During a short "get together" you can get to know each other, exchange experiences, familiarize yourself with the surroundings and find a place in the room. We then briefly introduce ourselves and explain the course of the session.
During a short focus exercise, everyone can set their individual goals and define their intentions for the session. There is always room for questions.
We then breathe intensively for approx. 20-30 minutes with musical accompaniment. The breathing session consists of an activating part and a "cool down" phase. Especially in the latter, emotions that were "fired up" in the activating phase are often released. You can let out everything you want to let out here. We will always keep an eye on you and support you personally if necessary. It is particularly important to us that you always feel that the room we are in is a "safe space".
At the end of the session, there is room for questions and discussions. Everything can, nothing must. Anyone who wants to exchange ideas is welcome to do so. Those who prefer to process their experiences alone can simply leave. We always have an open ear for you and are also happy to debrief the session for you if necessary.

We are Miguel and Sebastian and we call ourselves the Breathwork Society. Because we believe that Breathwork is good for society, and that Breathwork is good for society...
Places are limited (maximum group size 15 people) and can be booked on our website for €49.90. Ask for a first-time booking discount if you are coming for the first time.
