Bremen liest! Gianna Lange liest aus "Und dann springen wir"

As part of the Bremen literature festival "Bremen liest!", author Gianna Lange will be reading from her debut novel "Und dann springen wir".

"One day we'll come back, and then we'll jump." This
mother and daughter made this promise to each other on the Old Bridge
bridge in Mostar, this beautiful city with a painful history.

is left with the broken pieces of a shattered family history. She
wants to get away from Bremen, to keep the promise she made back then, and so
begins her journey through Eastern Europe, a search for traces of the
fractures in her mother's turbulent life ...
Gianna Lange, born in Bremen in 1988, studied journalism and transnational
Transnational Literary Studies in Bremen and London. For
"Und dann springen wir" she received the Bremen Author Scholarship.
The author lives in Bremen and works at the Konzerthaus
Die Glocke and at the Bremen Music Festival.
