Exhibition and audio tour on forced labor in Dresden's industrial area

Fragments of different times echo along Meschwitzstraße: the group Fragmente & Frequenzen invites you to listen. Under National Socialism, forced laborers were exploited there by the Radio Mende company for armaments production. In the GDR, the VEB Funkwerk was based here.

Today, the same halls are a place of lively club culture. The exhibition explores historical and sonic continuity on the site on Meschwitzstraße. The evening is an immersive experience of sound, art and history(ies). To experience this, please bring a smartphone with an internet connection and headphones.
