Feel how music and movement become one. Cris accompanies the evening with guitar and vocals - sometimes gentle and calming, sometimes powerful and full of rhythm. The beat carries you through the yoga practice, the breathing exercises and the relaxation, so that your own heartbeat can flow in resonance with the music.

An evening that invites you to let go of everyday life, connect with yourself and others and let yourself be touched by movement, sound and voice.
