Buntes Adventstreiben rund um den Siggi

This is the fourth time that the "Rund um den Siggi" association has organized this event at many locations throughout the district. In previous years, several thousand visitors have been out and about in the district. Stations are added each time and the colorful Advent hustle and bustle around the Siggi continues to grow.

In the streets around Siegfriedplatz, you can let yourself drift and meet people. On a leisurely stroll through the west of Bielefeld, visitors encounter a wide range of offerings in stores, studios and courtyards, on open spaces and sidewalks. The colorful mix of retail, gastronomy and arts and crafts as well as non-profit organizations and local residents who take part is unique. There are also a number of musical highlights and artistic performances.

In addition to lots of arts and crafts, fashion, gifts, useful items and information, a wide variety of food and drink is also provided everywhere. While such diverse Advent shopping and catering opportunities await, there will be accompanying cultural performances to listen to and watch in a number of places - and of course there are also great offers for children in the program. This time there will be a visual landmark between all the stations.

In addition to the numerous stations and program points in the district, Siegfriedplatz is included as an atmospheric highlight in the colourful Advent hustle and bustle. Near the Christmas tree and children's carousel, a number of social clubs will be offering handmade products and several types of bratwurst in a circle. Of course, the laughter yoga at the fir tree will also be on offer again. There will also be delicious hot and cold drinks on the square at the "Supertram", the "Kaffeewirtschaft" of the Bürgerwache and the kiosk at Siggi.

The Rund um den Siggi e.V. will have an information stand and map at the Christmas tree on the square to help everyone find their way through the hustle and bustle. Free Siggi Christmas cards and cookie cutters are also available there. Right next to it is the children's carousel. Signs on the square point in all directions to the many participants in the district.

With the "Löffelpiraten" we invite our youngest to a great concert at 3:30 pm to ring in the Christmas season musically together. The concert is offered free of charge by Rund um den Siggi e.V. Venue: Friedrichstraße 1, hall of the Kurz Um-Meisterbetriebe.
Classical music at Christmas time is offered in the Bürgerwache with a concert by great professional singers with piano accompaniment. The concert is jointly organized by Bürgerwache and Rund um den Siggi e.V.
A Bimmelbahn will make regular round trips to the stations in the district so that everyone can get everywhere. Starting point: Siegfriedplatz, you can get on anywhere.
