Wuppertal, it's time to sing. 🎶
On April 26, we invite you to the first Chanting and Cacao Circle at I AM.

What you can expect here 🤎
Chanting is singing moving melodies and uplifting lyrics together. It is a touch to your heart, a way to connect. With yourself, your fellow human beings and with all that is.

When chanting, we sit in a circle as a symbol of meeting at eye level and connecting with each other.

The combination of mindfulness meditation, cacao ritual, chanting and vocal improvisation brings us into a state of deep joy, presence and inner peace.

Cacao...
has long been used by indigenous peoples as a medicinal plant in ceremonies and celebrations. Cacao is said to have a heart-opening, uplifting effect.

We use high-quality raw cocoa, as it is traditionally used in ceremonies. It is a real nutrient bomb and its stimulating ingredients help you to engage in chanting and meditation.

For whom? 💛
The practice of chanting together is for everyone. Whether old or young, musical or new to singing. All you need is a portion of curiosity, openness and the willingness to fully engage in a new experience. Children are also welcome & do not need an extra ticket.

This is not a religious event, it is universal and for all people, regardless of origin or faith. We sing heart-filling songs and mantras from all over the world and different cultures and religions.

Because it's good to come together. Singing together has many positive effects on body, mind and soul. We recommend that you make your own experience and see for yourself what it does to you.
